All items are made to order.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after purchase. During busy periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

• Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
